- Supplemental property tax modelled into year one
- HOA warrantability checked before you write
- Mello Roos and special assessments confirmed
- Insurance quoted early on older housing stock
- Permitted accessory units counted where allowed
- School boundary comps sent to the appraiser
- Second appraisal ordered above two million
- Hillside access and septic scheduled with the appraisal
